Delivery Time

FREE SHIPPING from purchases over 10€ in the Iberian Peninsula.

  • Shipping costs on purchases under 10€ in the Iberian Peninsula are 2€.
  • Receive your products in 6-10 days.
  • Express delivery 24 /48 working hours in the Iberian Peninsula 4,50€.
  • Shipping cost for the rest of the world is 3,50€.
  • Receive your products in 8-14 days.
  • Express delivery 3-4 working days rest of the world 6,50€.

    Returns are accepted within 30 days. The reasons for which a return is taken are for a defective product or not fulfilling its function correctly within the warranty.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?

At My Secure Cup we check all our items before they are dispatched. If, by mistake, you receive an item that you believe may be faulty, you should send an email to : info@mysecurecup.com.

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will proceed with the exchange of the faulty item for a new piece. In the event that the item is no longer available, we will process the refund of the entire order within two working days.

We recommend that you include the following details when you email us:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect
  • Picture(s) showing the defect.

Fits Most Cups & Glasses: This drink cover is made of nylon/spandex allowing it to stretch to fit most cups & glasses. This drink cover also keeps bugs, debris, and other particles out of the drink.

Reusable and Easy to Clean:
This drink cover scrunchie is reusable and machine washable. Throw in the washing machine after use and lay flat to air dry.

Disclaimer: Cup cover can deter drink spiking in many instances. But always buy a drink and do not leave unattended. This product does not guarantee end safety.

To enter the voucher, click on your "Cart" and "Proceed to checkout". There will be a field next to it called "Apply coupon". Please click on this field to enter your coupon.
